i just wanted to share some thoughts on how i've been trying to approach my studies lately and maybe someone else has found success with similar methods or can offer suggestions for improvement? so basically i'm a junior in college studying english lit and psychology (not exactly the most directly applicable majors, i know) but what's been really helpful for me is setting aside dedicated time each day to review notes and read ahead
i also try to schedule breaks throughout my study sessions which helps prevent burnout, usually involves taking care of some plants or playing with my cat while it doesn't take away from focus too much lol anyway i've found that breaking up long-term goals into smaller ones is key for me, maybe because anxiety about larger tasks can feel overwhelming
so if anyone has any advice on how to stay organized and motivated or just general tips for handling stress related to school would be great thanks
